WPS Spreadsheet lets you optimize your workspace by organizing frequently used commands right at your fingertips, cutting down on navigation time.

If certain tabs or groups are seldom used, pick them from the right side and delete them using the Remove option.


Avoid deleting built-in tabs carelessly—they might conceal vital functions you’ll need later.


Instead, consider hiding them by unchecking the box next to the tab name in the list on the right.


By unchecking, you retain full access to the tab later while maintaining a streamlined workspace.


You can rearrange the hierarchy of your ribbon by selecting any tab or group and using the arrow controls to move them.


It enables you to structure your ribbon so that your top tools appear first in the workflow.


For example, if you often work with data analysis tools, you might move the Data tab to appear right after the Home tab.


You can also manually reorder commands inside a group by dragging them into the preferred order.


Once you are satisfied with your changes, click OK to save the layout.
