Before using Telegram's Quick Reply, ensure that Quick Replies are functioning properly on your Telegram app. To do this, go to the "Settings" in your Telegram app, scroll down and select "Chat Settings". As a chat admin, you can customize the quick replies in your chat settings. To do this, go to the "Settings" in your chat, then select "Quick replies". From here, you can add, edit, or delete pre-defined quick replies for your chat.
