I'm sorry you are having trouble with your internet. Unplug the power cord on the modem and the router. Leave off for about 3 minutes and then plug the modem back only. Let the modem boot up and make sure the troubleshoot Outlook synchronizing folders error internet light is lit up on the modem. After that plug the router in and let it boot up.
