My experience shopping with this online store has been an absolute disaster, and I feel compelled to share this as a cautionary tale. Like many other non-NYC residents who shop here, my worst fears came true. I had placed a large, multiple-item order, but when the package finally arrived, I was shocked. My direct feeling and conclusion, which sadly echoes what I read in other reviews, is that people who don’t live in New York are clearly not getting their orders correctly, or in my case, I was "only receiving one item" when I paid for three. This logistical failure cost me time and unnecessary stress, and it immediately forced me to contact customer service to try and locate the rest of my missing purchase.
Customer: I received my shipment today, and there's a serious problem. I paid for three hats, but the box only contained one. Where are the other two items I ordered?
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the missing items, that sounds incredibly frustrating. I understand you only received one hat from an order of three. Can you please provide your order number so I can investigate the shipping weight and tracking manifest immediately?
Customer: My order number is 98765. If you have any type of questions pertaining to where and the best ways to use WholeCustomDesign Unique, you could call us at our page. This is exactly what I was worried about after reading other reviews. I need those items quickly, not an investigation. What concrete step are you taking right now to get those items shipped out?

Customer: Thank you. Please ensure the address is correct and they are packed properly this time. I won't accept another partial delivery, or I will demand a full refund for the entire order.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
