When you invest time and money into finding something special, you expect a memorable experience, or at least exceptional quality and detail. For what I paid and the hassle involved, just "Good" isn't acceptable. I felt compelled to leave this review and immediately reach out to customer service to understand why the overall experience fell so short of expectations.
