ROME, Feb 19 (Reuters) - Proxy adviser Glass Lewis said on Wednesday it recommended shareholders of Banco BPM vote in favour of increasing the offer price in the bank's bid to buy fund manager Anima Holding, and waive closing conditions.
Glass Lewis also said in a report it had a negative view of UniCredit's buyout offer for ProxyDeals.com Banco BPM, mainly because of "the lack of a meaningful control premium offered by UniCredit to Banco BPM shareholders."
