Exam sites try their best to accommodate students with special needs. The nature and extent of these needs must be noted on the registration and verified by a doctor's attestation. Additionally the locations for the exam must respect confidentiality and be maintained.

If a student has three exams scheduled for the same day it is recommended that they contact their department or instructor to schedule an exam to make up. It is possible to have three exams on the same day. However, this could lead to a high level of stress and can affect the quality of the exam. Additionally, the instructor might not be able conduct a makeup test on another day.

Please be aware that the fee for exams is not refundable. Exam results can only by emailed and not via telephone.
