According to a report presented by Jubilant FoodWorks, India has become the second largest Domino's Pizza market after U.S. In this report, the statistics stated that this pizza food chain stores have doubled from 378 in FY11 to 876 in FY15. The company has yet not disclosed its new quarter numbers for FY16. Reason Behind This Growth

This growth in pizza store is a rapid slowdown of discretionary spends. Jubilant saw an abrupt rebound in SSG i.e. same store sales growth, for two simultaneous quarters in FY15. According to the company, SSG remained still at just 0.05% v/s 1.6% visible in FY14. In reality, SSG is basically a successful growth coming from such stores that have been in active business for more than a year. This judges the retailer's growth performance.
